ARRIVAL FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE CONGRESS VENUE
The Swissotel, The Bosphorus is 24 km away from the International Ataturk Airport.
By taxi:
Taxis are available outside the arrival hall. The journey to the Swissotel, The Bosphorus takes approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic and costs approximately 20 EUR.
By metro:
The Airport Terminal is connected to the metro system. Take the M1 line to Aksaray, then change to T1 and get off at Kabatas. Single tickets cost about 1 TRY (less than 1 EUR).

Please register upon arrival in order to receive your kit containing the BCGIP-COGI Program Book, your personal name badge, invitations, etc. Please remember to wear your name badge to all Congress activities and social events.

FIGO POST GRADUATE COURSE
The FIGO course takes place on Thursday, May 30, 08:30-17:00. For the full FIGO program, kindly see the website:

BCGIP-COGI OPENING SESSION
The opening session starts on Thursday, May 30, from 17:00-19:00.

INVITED SPEAKERS PRESENTATIONS
Please come to the speakers' room upon your arrival or no later than 3 hours prior to your presentation with your slide presentations ready to be uploaded for your presentation.
Kindly ensure to come to the Registration Desk to collect your personal badge!

WELCOME RECEPTION
All registered participants are invited to the Welcome Reception, which will take place following the Opening Session on Thursday, May 30, at 19:00. Your invitation is included in the personal registration kit.

LUNCHES
Lunch will be served for the congress participants in the Exhibition Area on Friday, May 31, 12:30-13:15 and Saturday, June 1, 12:30-13:15.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters should be mounted for Group A: From Friday, May 31 at 08:00 and are to be dismantled by the Poster Presenter no later than 18:45 on Friday, May 31.
Posters should be mounted for Group B: From Saturday, June 1 at 08:00 and are to be dismantled by the Poster Presenter no later than 19:00 on Saturday, June 1.
The Organizing Committee is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time.

Poster presenters should plan to be beside their posters on the day of their presentation during the coffee breaks, as specified in the program. We welcome all participants to come by and view the posters and to ask the authors questions regarding their work!

CLIMATE

May in Istanbul is pleasantly warm. Temperatures reaching a warm 21°C are common during the day, dropping down to a much cooler 12°C after sunset.
