Congress Kit and Nametag Nametags will be included in your personal Congress kit. Please wear your nametag during all sessions and social events.
CME Accreditation Please note that your CME Accreditation (17 European CME credits) form will be included in your kit. In order to receive your accreditation points, please submit the completed form to the registration desk before the end of the congress. Your certificate will be sent to you directly.
Certificate of Attendance
Your Certificate of Attendance will be included in your personal Congress kit.
List of Participants A list of pre-registered participants will be displayed on the notice board.
Coffee Breaks Coffee/tea will be served in the exhibition area during the coffee breaks between sessions as specified on the timetable.
Lunches Lunch will be served for participants as specified on the timetable on Friday, May 4, 2012, 12:30-13:15, Saturday, May 5, 2012, 12:30-13:00.
Speakers’ Preview Room Congress Speakers are requested to visit the preview room prior to their lecture and upload their presentation. Speakers should bring their slide presentations to be uploaded for their sessions no later than one break prior to the session in which they are scheduled.
Poster Displays Poster presenters should plan to be beside their posters during the designated coffee breaks, as specified in the program. Please check the Congress Program for your schedule! Please remember to dismantle your poster at the end of the day of your presentation, no later than 19:00. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
Internet and E-Mail Free internet and E-mail facilities are available at the Exhibition Area during congress hours.
Photography and Recording Policy Participants are asked to be respectful of their colleagues by turning off all cell phones and PDA devices before entering meeting rooms. Cameras and all other recording devices are strictly prohibited in all meeting session halls, in the Exhibit area, and in all poster presentations. Thank you for your cooperation.
Smoking Policy In accordance with our policy, BCGIP is a non-smoking congress.
Safety and Security Please do not leave any bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside the session halls.
Liability The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from The BCGIP, Barcelona Congress. Participants are expected to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
