: How should we define PCOD and is the definition necessary in order to start treatment? What should be the drug of choice? Should we always prescribe metformin? How should we define the adequate technique for endometrial resection to treat menorrahgia? In light of the new development in Reproductive Medicine should reconstructive surgery still be needed?

Endometriosis: How to deal with Small vs. Large endometrioma before starting infertility treatment? Are there different surgical approaches to prevent large damage to the ovary and the surrounding organs? What treatment methods can relief chronic pain? Peritoneal, deep infiltrating, ovarian endometriomas, and extra-pelvic disease – is this a combination of several distinct types of disease?.

Stem cell in reproduction: Can stem cells serve as a source of gametes? Reprogramming of cells to improve patients care.
