Half Day Temples and City Tour (Morning tour)
Bangkok, the capital of Thailand and the city with the longest name in the world Krung Thep Maha Nakhon, was established in 1782 by His Majesty King Phra Phutta Yofta Chugalug Maha Rat, the first King of the Chakri Dynasty. The city of Bangkok is regarded as one of the most ancient cities in the world and this tour takes you through the exciting hustle and bustle of Bangkok to visit the temples of Wat Trimit, Wat Pho and Wat Benchamabophit.

Wat Trimit is a temple known for its famous Golden Buddha which was built during the Sukhothai period. The solid gold structure is 3 meters high and weighs 5.5 tons.

Wat Pho is one of Bangkok's largest and oldest temples. Wat Pho temple was built by King Rama I about 200 years ago and houses the giant gold-plated reclining Buddha. This unique Buddah, with beautifully inlaid mother of pearl soles measures 49 meters long and 12 meters high.
The tour will continue with a drive past Sanam Laung (The Royal Field), Democracy Monument, Ratcha Damnoen Klang Avenue and associate buildings, Naantasamkhom Palace and the Parliament. We will also pay a visit to the well know temple, Wat Benchamabophit of which the main building which was built during the reign of King Rama V and is made of marble.

Half Day Grand Palace Tour (Morning tour)
Being the city landmark, these 2 accompanying attractions should serve the first place on any visitors' itinerary. They are within the same compound on Na Phra Lan Road near Sanama Luang and surrounded by white walls occupying an area of about 1 square mile.
 
Wat Phra Kaew, or as generally known by foreigners as The Temple of the Emerald Buddha, is regarded as the most significant of all Thai temples. The small green-jade statue of the Buddha, which is high on its golden altar in the Chapel Royal, is the most sacred Buddha in Thailand.
The Grand Palace or, Phra Borom Maha Rathcawang is the most important and impressive Royal Palace in Thailand. You will be shown places which are used for different occasions such as, the Funeral Palace and the Reception Palace.
 
Dress Code: Long trousers or knee length skirt. No shorts, tank tops, sleeveless tops or sandals please.
