Your invitation is included in the personal registration kit. Invited Speakers' Presentations Congress Speakers are requested to visit the speakers’ preview room prior to their lecture and upload their presentation. Speakers should bring their slide presentations to be uploaded no later than one break prior to the session in which they are scheduled. The Speaker’s Preview Room will be open from 07:30 every morning of the Congress days. Poster Displays Posters should be mounted between 07:30-08:00 on the day of your presentation. Please note that the posters will be changed daily. Please check the Congress Program for your schedule, if you are in Group A or Group B! Poster Presenters should plan to be alongside their posters during the coffee breaks. Please remember to dismantle your poster at the end of the day of your presentation, no later than 19:00. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for posters that are not removed on time.   Lunches Buffet lunch will be served for Congress participants as per the official program on Thursday, November 24, 2011, Friday, November 25, 2011 and Saturday, November 26, 2011.
